We propose to design a thermal diode based voltage that is Proportional to Absolute Temperature (PTAT) in order to achieve an output that can be amplified and interpreted to achieve the functionality of a temperature sensor. The PTAT is composed of an OTA in negative feedback configuration that will be comparing one PNP based grounded BJT with an N amount of PNP based grounded BJT's. In this manner we'll be taking advantage of the thermal dependence of the voltage across a PN junction. Then with a current mirror, this will be propagated to a load resistance, forcing a PTAT voltage through the load.
