OpenEnclave is a open-source toy BGV accelerator meant to demonstrate basic homomorphic encryption acceleration in sky130A. While some BGV has had some attention in FPGA acceleration, few have tried to develop ASICs for this purpose, so OpenEnclave is a first attempt at this goal.
