This project uses SKY130A process to design a lab on a chip IC (SLOCI). It has various instruments such as VCO, VGA, and a bandgap reference to perform instrumentation on magnetic new material.
This project aims to build multi-purpose characterization on-chip instruments using the open-source Skywater 130nm CMOS process. The system will be used to characterize nanoparticles with direct contact.
