Cryotochip is a RISC-V SoC tightly coupled with several cryptographic accelerators including a True Random Number generator, AES, and SHA3. The processor is generated using the Rocket Chip SoC generator from Chipyard and our own custom accelerator designs. The processor will be able to load programs through an external SPI Flash interface and output the results using UART. The chip uses both the Google Skywater 130nm pdk and the Caravel DFFRAM Memory Compiler.
