The VGA clock displays the time on a VGA display. Having only two inputs (clock and reset) it is quite minimalistic. The clock frequency must be 25 MHz to enable a 640*480 60Hz output. The VGA colors are a digital version of VGA with only "1/0" on each color. No D/A converting needed.
The design is written in SpinalHDL and the Verilog got created from it.
The design is tested on a FPGA (Lattice ECP5, ULX3S)
Hardware circuit with an VGA output that displays a simple clock on the screen.
