In this project it is proposed to research, design, manufacture and experimentally validate CMOS integrated circuits for optoelectronic applications. In this context, the application-specific integrated circuits (ASICs) allows the implementation of detection systems showing advantages compared to systems developed with discrete components. Among them higher responsivity and bandwidth, low noise and low consumption can be mentioned. This can be achieved with the monolithic integration of the photodetector together with the signal processing and transduction circuits.
