This is testchip submission for https://github.com/armleo/armleo_gpio . It uses the template and simple RTL to allow to externally measure the perfomance of the armleo_gpio. The repository above contains all required files. This project only changed Readme, netlist, GDS. Templated and openlane designs are all located in the repository above.
armleo_gpio is a input output IP that is designed to handle 12pF @ 100MHz. The common usage of this IP is DRAM/PSRAM and other High speed applications like ethernet.
