A high speed three stage operational amplifier using a modified feed-forward compensation technique in a standard 0.13 /Lm CMOS technology. The three stage inverter based op-amp with feed-forward compensation intends to achieve 10 GHz of UGB with a dc gain of 50dB keeping the pvt variations as nominal by biasing the body voltage with a bandgap reference.
