Description:
The aim is to design a single ended High DC gain Folded Cascode Opamp for LDO or Bandgap Reference. This Opamp can be used for LDO or Bandgap Reference.
Design Goals:
>70 dB DC gain
>60 Degree Phase Margin
Power Consumption < 10mW
Unity Gain Bandwidth > 10MHz
VDD = 1.8 V
I designed similar Single ended Folded Cascode with 65nm TSMC process and 22FDX Global Foundaries FDSOI process. This opamp can be implemened another blocks such as LDO or Bandgap.
